If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will ensure you can either return your products for a full refund or we can figure something else out. We want you to be happy with our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We are happy to ship our hardware around the world for everyone to enjoy. You are however responsible for any duty fees, VAT or other tax imposed by your country for the importation of merchandise from the United States. 

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately there are some things out of our control like a package lost in shipping. If you suspect your package of being lost in shipping please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
